Our Process

APM will furnish you with the best possible price and delivery time, including:

  • An itemized list of the equipment requested.
  • A detailed description of goods and per-unit prices.
  • Total Ex-Works basis. (C.I.F., and C&F point can be provided when weights & dimensions are known).
  • Payment terms, delivery time, and quotation validity.
  • Supporting technical information and documents (if applicable).
  • APM will automatically release the following pertinent information upon receipt of a formal purchase order:
  • Purchase order acknowledgment by email.
  • Price confirmation and or new prices in effect.
  • Manufacturer's/Suppliers estimated lead time of goods, based on the time of order.

We will provide the following documentation upon shipment of the ordered equipment:
  • A detailed commercial invoice.
  • Standard certificate of origin.
  • The bill of lading and or airway bill provided by the shipping company.
  • APM will follow-through the entire order process and keep you updated on the delivery status.
